Scientific communications
The period for Abstract submission ended last Friday. From now on, we may consider new Abstracts but for poster presentation only
Format of abstracts
The title of the presentation should reflect the content of the abstract as much as possible.
The abstract shall have a maximum of 250 words (excluding the title, authors’ names and affiliation) and shall not contain quotes or references.
Each abstract should contain 5 keywords (do not use those in the title).
Please do not to use abbreviations, unless necessary. Do not include figures or tables, and do not send attachments, slides or any reference material.
A maximum of two abstracts can be submitted for each registration.

Decision on the abstracts
All abstracts will undergo a review process by at least two reviewers of the scientific committee. The reviewers will follow the assessment criteria of scientific quality, novelty and relevance of the theme.
The decision on each submitted Abstract will be send by the Scientific Committee by June 30.
At least one author of an accepted abstract should be registered by July 15, to ensure that we have a reliable programme for all registrants.
Book of Abstracts: A copy of the Book of Abstracts will be delivered to each registered participant. The Book of Abstract will be also published on line.

Oral presentations
Participants delivering an oral presentation, please deliver your presentation on time and contact the Chairs prior to the start of the sesion, to be sure everything is in order.
In the message on the decision on your Abstract, you will be informed on whether your contribution is accepted for Oral or Poster presentation.
Please note that there are 30 min for keynotes and 15 min for oral presentations, questions included.
Please use PowerPoint for Oral Presentations (16:9).
All oral presentations will be in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
At least one author of an accepted abstract should be registered by July 16, to ensure that we have a reliable programme for all registrants.
Except for those presenting in the morning of the first day, please remember to deliver your presentation to the Technical Secretariat of the Conference no later than some two hours before your session.
Poster
Please note your poster code indicates the panel number for your poster (e.g. Poster Code S01-P4 indicates that the poster must be located on panel 4)
Please stand by your poster at the hours for poster presentation (Check the Program)
Poster competition: A jury will select the bets posters of sesions 1 to 8 and 9 to 14. The main author of the selected posters will be invited to deliver a 5 min presentation at the Poster Awards sesions
The format of the posters is free
Maximum size: 90 cm wide × 120 cm high.
